The Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) for the Surrey Heath Local Development Framework reviews the progress made in meeting the targets set in the Local Development Scheme and the success or failure of policies against key indicators and performance criteria.
The AMR 2006 - 2007 has now been completed it monitors the period 1st April 2006 - 31st March 2007. The Report states the progress on the implementation of the Local Development Framework (LDF), and the performance of the Surrey Heath Local Plan 2000 policies and the Best Value Performance Indicators relating to Development Plans.
The AMR 2006 - 2007, was submitted to the Secretary of State in December 2007, as required of all local authorities. Comments on the format and content of this document are welcomed in order to inform the preparation of the AMR for the period 2007-2008.
A new Annual Monitoring Report is being prepared for 2007/08.
