Buildings account for almost half of the energy consumption and carbon emission in the UK. The ways in which we light, heat and use our buildings all contribute to this.
Since the 6 April 2008, it is now a legal requirement to provide an Energy Performance Certificate for all new and newly built homes that are completed after that date.

Dangerous Structures and Demolition
