Outline Planning Application
If you are proposing to undertake development but do not wish to submit all the details at present, and would like to 'reserve' some or all of the details for future consideration.

Note: a Change of Use application cannot be submitted as an Outline.

The Local Planning Authority (LPA) can request additional information if it feels that some matters must be assessed at Outline stage. Normally the LPA would expect access and layout to be considered at Outline stage.
