Planning Fees and Copying Charges

A planning fee is not required if the local authority is satisfied that the proposed development relates solely to the carrying out of operations for the alteration or extension of an existing dwellinghouse or other operations, excluding the erection of a dwellinghouse in the curtilage of an existing dwellinghouse, for the purpose of providing a means of access to or within the dwellinghouse, or of providing facilities designed to secure the greater safety, health or comfort for a per with disability who is resident in that dwellinghouse, or at the time of applying for planning permission is not yet in residence.

Non document items from a file
For copies of non document items per A4 sheet (i.e. an objection / support letter)	30p
Copies of Planning History (per A4 sheet)	30p
Location Plans
Surrey Heath can supply you with 4 copies of a location plan to submit with your application	£30.30 including VAT
Planning Guidance Cost
Supplementary planning guidance	£16.30 each (please contact planning policy and conservation)
Pre-Application Meetings
1 Hour Meeting	£350 including VAT
2 - 3 Hour Meeting	£700 including VAT
