The Statutory Register

The Statutory Register is a requirement of all Local Planning Authorities to maintain and allow public access to details relating to planning application.

The Statutory Register for Surrey Heath Borough Council contains only applications relevant to addresses within the Borough.

Please note, we will no longer be adding Index Lists for planning applications. This information can be found using the planning applications search facility.

Register of enforcement and stop notices

This register is updated as soon as is possible, however, please contact the planning enforcement team by calling 01276 707100 or emailing corporateenforcement@surreyheath.gov.uk (link sends email) for clarification on the status of any specific case.

Please note, no notices were issued during 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
