Swift Fox Taekwon-Do

Swift Fox Taekwon-Do is a fun and friendly club that offers age specific classes for ages three-half to seven years, seven to eleven years and teenagers and Adults. Taekwon-Do (TKD) is a dynamic Korean martial art that combines hand and foot techniques and provides the practitioner with an effective method of self-defence. Students have the opportunity to train multiple times a week and from seven years old may participate in competitions and seminars at local, national and international level (as their experience increases).  

Training improves cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility. Swift Fox Taekwon-Do teaching a traditional International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) syllabus and as such, training is built around the five tenets; courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit.
