Councillor Bryan Ward

Following the death of Cllr Bryan Ward last week, Surrey Heath Borough Council has issued the following statement:

"It is with great sadness that Surrey Heath Borough Council learned of the death of Cllr Bryan Ward who died on Friday, October 19. Cllr Ward, 72, had represented the Bagshot ward since 2003 and was also a member of Windlesham Parish Council.

"He was held in high regard across the council chamber and was a dedicated, committed and effective ward councillor. Popular and respected by staff and members alike, he will be missed in both the chamber and offices and our thoughts and condolences are with Cllr Ward's family at this time."
