Residents in Surrey Heath are being urged to make sure they don't lose their right to vote!
During the last three months, all households in the borough will have received a voter registration form which must be completed and returned to Surrey Heath Borough Council by 15 October 2012.
The forms will be used by its Electoral Services to compile the electoral register for the year ahead. Voters will have the opportunity to take part in the Police and Crime Commissioner elections on 15 November 2012 and County Council elections in May 2013.
Registering will ensure every eligible adult will have the chance to vote in these elections.
Households whose details remain unchanged should simply dial the Freephone number on the form or use the internet service to confirm their no change in minutes.
Anyone who has not yet registered and have lost their form should call 01276 707165 or download a form from www.aboutmyvote.co.uk
