Sports Funding

This section provides information about grants to help sports clubs, athletes, coaches and officials.

Awards for All
This is a lottery grants programme aimed at local communities. It provides grants between £500-£5,000. It funds projects that enable people to take part in art, sport, heritage and community activities, as well as projects that promote education and health in the community. You can contact the South East Regional Office for an application pack and more information on 01483 568764. This scheme provides grants of up to £5,000 to your club for this purpose.

Surrey Heath Sports Council
The Surrey Heath Sports Council represents the opinions of local sports groups. The Borough Council grant aids the Sports Council and in turn the Sports Council grant aids local groups. The Sports Council is made up of volunteers appointed from a variety of community sports organisations and meets six times per year. All sports organisations actively operating or intending to operate within the Borough can apply for membership of the Sports Council.
