Active Surrey Sports Partnership (ASSP) aims to help young people (aged 10 - 16) get more from their involvement in sport and encourage participation at quality local sports clubs.

ASSP works with key partners to 'make Surrey a more active and
successful sporting county'

Active Surrey involves:

Surrey's junior sports club
Local Authorities
Education Services
Schools and
Sports governing bodies, all working in partnership to give young people local opportunities for participation, competition and skills improvement in a child friendly and safe environment.

Active Surrey provides discounted training courses and workshops for coaches and club officials to develop their knowledge and the 'club mark' Accreditation Scheme is used to support clubs and help raise their standards.
