When is it? Annually

What do you receive?

• Promotional
  Letter and nomination forms bearing your logo are circulated to all sports clubs and schools within the borough. These will also be available online and in community centres, leisure centres, youth centres and libraries.
• Posters
  A3 posters are circulated to all schools and also on all 24 Council notice boards in the borough.
• Displays
  An 8ft by 8ft display with your company logo publicising the event will be located in libraries, Main Square (shopping centre) and the Arena Leisure Centre.
• Special Invitation
  You will be invited along to the Surrey Heath Sports Awards to present your sponsored award.
• Your Logo
  A plaque/medal/certificate for the winner to keep bearing your company logo will be presented to the winner of the category.
• Website
  Surrey Heath Borough Council website presents details of your company including your company name and logo. Images of the awards evening will be posted on the website.
• Local Press Coverage
  Local press coverage in Camberley News and Mail, Surrey Hants Star Courier and Chobham News and Mail.
• Articles in Heathscene (SHBC's community magazine)
  4 times a year, Heathscene is distributed door to door to every household in the borough. The distribution total at the moment is 32,000 per edition.
• Publicity Opportunities
  Publicity will be provided at the launch of the Surrey Youth Games.
• A Sponsor Pack
  An A4 presentation pack of all the materials stated above and also a thank you letter from the Mayor of Surrey Heath.
