When is it? April to June each year

What do you receive?

• T-Shirts
  Your logo will appear on 250 T-shirts which are worn during the six weeks of training sessions throughout the Borough and on the main games weekend in Guildford.
• Brochures
  Brochures with your logo are circulated to every school in Surrey Heath and on it's borders. These are also available online and in community centres, leisure centres, youth centres and libraries.
• Posters
  A3 posters are circulated to all schools and also on all 24 Council notice boards in the borough.
• Displays
  An 8ft by 8ft display with your company logo publicising the event will be located in libraries, Main Square (shopping centre) and the Arena Leisure Centre from March up until the games weekend. The display will also be at the Surrey Heath Sports Awards evening.
• Special Invitation
  An invitation to the Surrey Heath Sports Awards to present a prize to the young sports person.
• Banner Advertising
  A banner with your company logo publicising the event will be across the High Street for a month in May.
• Local Press Coverage
  SHBC has great links with local press including the Camberley News and Mail.
• Articles in Heathscene (SHBC's community magazine)
  4 times a year, Heathscene is distributed door to door to every household in the borough. The distribution total at the moment is 32,000 per edition.
• Publicity Opportunities
  At the launch and presentation of the competition. These are opportunities to participate and speak to the competitors directly.
• Support
  Support from the Marketing Team to ensure all public relations opportunities are taken.
• A Sponsor Pack
  An A4 presentation pack of all the materials stated above and also a 'thank you' letter from the Mayor of Surrey Heath.
