Play is essential to a child's physical and mental development. Surrey Heath Borough Council encourages a healthy lifestyle through fun and play.
Surrey Heath Borough Council has 26 playgrounds, which are looked after by the Leisure Services Division. 11 of these are found in the Council's Parks and Recreation Grounds while others are to be found in various housing estates serving local residents.

Bagshot
1. Albert Road, Connaught Park - Small toddlers play area on housing estate
2. Whitmoor Road - Play area next to community building
Frimley
3. Cheylesmore Park, off the Chobham Road - Small play area in the middle of this estate
4. Crab Tree - Skate Park
5. Evergreen Road [Hawthorn Road] - Serving housing estate, ages 3-14. Refurbished 2006.
Camberley
6. Old Dean/Upland Road - Playground serving new estate with equipment for all
7. Lorraine Road - New playground being constructed as part of new housing development
8. Orchard Way - A local play area, ages 3-10
9. Bentley Copse, Amber Hill off Upper Chobham Road - Small playground on central open space, ages 3-10
10. Kingshurst, Maquire Drive, Heatherside - Small toddlers playground on open space, ages 3-10

11. Briars Centre, Briar Road - Playground behind the centre, ages 3-10

12. Loman Road/Rorkes Drift - A larger playground with kickabout, soccer and basketball goals, ages 3-14
