New Homes Coming Soon

New properties to rent in 2012.
Three new small developments by Accent Peerless will provide 11 family houses for rent.

The homes in Ansell Road and Evergreen Road, Frimley and Surrey Avenue, Camberley are being built by Accent Peerless and will be ready Spring 2012.

Important! These properties are currently being built. Please do not enter the building site areas.

In total there are ten 3 bedroom homes and 1 four bedroom home - all houses.

These rented properties will be advertised through Surrey Heath Home Choice and offered to families on the Joint Housing Register.

A Letting Plan has been agreed by the Council and Accent Peerless to make sure that this development meets local housing needs.

The Letting Plan allows for 50% of the homes to be allocated to existing housing association tenants.

The homes will be offered to families in priority order from those who bid when they are advertised.

The reason we do this is because the families in housing association homes who have a high priority are overcrowded or have medical reasons to move. When they move to new homes not only do they have their housing need met but by moving they free up their current home for someone else on the Joint Housing Register.

Housing Association tenants who have arrears or have been served notice because of anti-social behaviour or other breaches of tenancy will not be considered for moves. If you are experiencing difficulties with your rent it is important that you discuss these problems with your landlord.

The properties will be advertised early in 2012 so watch out for the adverts on the 'Properties Available.
