Joint Housing Allocation Policy

There are always more people looking for a housing association home than there are homes becoming vacant. In light of this we have to have a way of deciding who is given priority when tenancies do become available.

The Joint Allocation Policy describes the way in which those looking for a move into, or between, housing association homes are given priority. It is a mixture of legal requirement and local policy.

The full Joint Allocation Policy can be found below, and a summary is available at: http://www.surreyheath.gov.uk/housing/apply/JointHousing.htm
