The New Recycling and Refuse Collection Service

The New Service will involve collections of food waste, recycling and refuse from most households using wheeled bins and caddies.

Surrey Heath are aware that this approach will not necessarily be appropriate for blocks of flats or properties where there are communal/shared bin store areas.
