Lost Dogs
Contact the Council Dog Officer on 01276 707360 or contact CES Ltd, or the Council Stray Dog Service on 01932 844213. Please note lost dogs are no longer the responsibility of the Police.
Found Dogs
Return to the owner if possible. Contact the Contact Centre or CES Ltd, since the dog may have been reported missing. Do not keep, sell, give away or abandon any dog you find.
Dog Bites
After obtaining medical attention always report the incident to the Police.
Road Accidents
All road accidents involving dogs should be reported to the Police within 24 hours.
Buying Dogs
For a free list of reputable breeders of pedigree dogs contact the Kennel Club. If you want an older dog or a non-pedigree puppy contact a dog rescue organisation.
Re-homing Dogs
Contact the Dogs Trust on 01483 658391or Battersea Dogs Home on 01784 432929 for advice regarding re-homing of unwanted dogs.
Welfare
Contact the RSPCA if you believe a dog or any animal is being neglected, cruelly treated or used for illegal purposes such as dog fighting.
Other Problems
Contact Surrey Heath Borough Council Dog Warden for advice regarding strays, fouling and other dog nuisance.
General
For details of boarding kennels, vets, dog groomers etc. look in Yellow Pages. For general advice eg. training classes, phone the Dog Warden who is there to help and advise on any dog related issue.

Meet at St Anne's Church Hall, Church Road, Bagshot on Tuesday evenings from 7.30 pm and at St Martin's Church Hall, Old Dean, Camberley on Monday evenings from 7.00 pm. Provide Puppy Socialisation and basic training obedience training for dogs of all ages. Classes to suit all obedience levels. Advice and help for all dog owners, includes Rescue Dogs. Charges various according to service provided. Puppy 'Home Start' and One-to-One training also available. Instructor courses are offered in conjunction with Surrey Community Learning Service.
