  • Bagshot
  • Bisley
  • Camberley (Selected sites)
  • Chobham
  • Frimley

  • Mytchett

Also check with your local school, as some schools collect foil for charities such as Phyliss Tuckwell or to benefit a local hospice.

It is very worthwhile to recycle Aluminium as the energy consumed in simply the extraction process is high. Recycling aluminium only consumes 5% of the energy that it would have taken to manufacture virgin metal from ore.

To maximise the benefit please ensure that foil is clean. There are a number of foods commonly packaged using foil here are some examples:-

  • Stock cubes (oxo)
  • Quiche
  • Chocolate teacakes (tunnocks)
  • Cherry bakewells and Jam tarts!

Cat food sachets, crisps packets, silver-coloured wine bags and sweet wrappers should not be included as they are made from foil and plastic film.

Keep it clean & shiny !
