Surrey Heath Borough Council does not collect or store card details. When you make a payment you will be redirected to a secure site operated by our card processor (Adelante Software Ltd). Here you will be asked to enter your card details, and they will ensure the security of your transaction.
Once your credit card company or bank has approved the payment they will process it within two working days.
Once your payment has been authorised it will appear on a confirmation screen, which you may like to print out or save for future reference.
