Single person discount reduces a Council Tax bill by 25%. It is therefore important that discount is only given to people who are genuinely entitled to it.
We ask people to verify that their circumstances have not changed. When we send out the review forms many customers notify us of changes of circumstances that they forgot to tell us about and which requires their discounts to be adjusted.
