Visits to Sucy-en-Brie

Surrey Heath Borough Council presented a grant to Windlesham Drama Group for their trip to Sucy-en-Brie in September 2006. The group visited Les Baladins du Val de Marne, a French theatre group in Sucy-en-Brie. They performed "Cinderella" and impressed the audience by playing the final number in French. The majority of Surrey Heath visitors were hosted by French families. Windlesham Drama Group reports development of new friendships between the youngsters sharing a common interest - drama. The Council is very happy to helpschools and clubs foster and build strong cultural bonds between Sucy-en-Brie and Surrey Heath.
