Total expenditure on non-payroll revenue spending is £8,250,000 per annum. How the Council undertakes this procurement makes a critical contribution to the quality of Council services. The aim of this strategy is to set a clear framework for procurement throughout the Council, which reflects the Council's Corporate Plan, provides a framework for best value and sets out an action plan for 2003/04 and beyond.
