Registration information
To complete an online reporting form you may be asked to register. In order to register you will need to enter a valid email address. Some forms can be submitted anonymously and do not require registration. These forms will have an eye symbol displayed next to the form title when this is the case.

What are the benefits of registering?
If you have already registered as a user your details will be remembered and your name and address will automatically appear for you every time you use the online reporting service.

Any personal data which you provide us via our website will come under the Data Protection Act.

Surrey County Council Online Reporting
Surrey County Council have a number of online reporting forms including:

  • Bridge fault or enquiry
  • Drainage or flooding problem
  • Fallen tree
  • Obstruction on the verge or footway
  • Overgrown vegetation
  • Pavement in disrepair
  • Pothole or other defect on the highway
  • Street light problem (including illuminated bollards and illuminated signs)
  • Traffic lights not working
