Find out about proxy votes
A proxy is someone who is appointed to vote on the electors behalf. You can apply for a proxy vote if you are unable to vote in person. To apply you will need to provide a specific reason, for example, on holiday or working away from home.
Applying for a proxy vote
You will need to contact the electoral services office at the Council to obtain a proxy application form.
You will need to complete the form, sign it and return it to Surrey Heath Borough Council. Make sure your completed form arrives at the office at least six working days before the election.
