BLACKWATER VALLEY ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The Blackwater Valley Advisory Committee for Public Transport was set up in 1996 by the local authorities in the area to promote a co-ordinated approach to land use, transportation and associated environmental issues across the valley.
