Councillor Paul Deach

Originating from Manchester, Paul moved to Dettingen Park in Deepcut in 2003.

Chairman of the Dettingen Residents Committee, Paul has been heavily involved in the day to day management of Dettingen Park in Deepcut.

Paul was the founder of the Surrey Heath Ambulance Service Community First Responder Team, volunteers who respond to 999 emergencies ahead of an ambulance. As a first responder Paul attended hundreds of emergencies in his community that included resuscitations, heart attacks and strokes. He even delivered a baby.

Creator of the Surrey Heath Residents Network at www.surrreyheath-residents.co.uk , Paul has opened up communication in Surrey Heath and given local residents, special interest groups, voluntary organisations and charities a strong voice in the community.

Paul is a health care professional for the NHS and works at the Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
