Councillor Bill Chapman

I have lived in St Paul's Ward, Camberley, for over 30 years and have represented the Ward since 2003. In June 2009 I was elected as the Surrey County Councillor representing Old Dean, St Paul's and Town Wards.

I have long been an enthusiastic environmentalist and as such I am committed to conserving and improving the natural, visual, Planning, Development and Homes in St Paul's Ward in particular, and Surrey Heath in general. I serve on the Borough Community Scrutiny Committee and Licensing Committee, and the County Council planning and regulatory Committee.

I am a Governor for Frimley Park Hospital NHS Trust and a Member of the Surrey County Council Health Scrutiny Committee.

I chair the Police Community Liaison Meetings for St Paul's Ward and the Surrey Heath Local Committee of Borough and County Councillors.

I represent the County Council on the Surrey Heath Partnership which includes representatives from the Health Service, Police, the Fire and Rescue Service, Schools, and Probation Service.
