Automated Telephone Payment System

You can now pay your Council Tax, Non Domestic Rates, Parking Notices and Surrey Heath Invoices by using the 24 Hour Automated Telephone Payment System on 01276 707680.

If you have a touch tone telephone and a Credit or Debit card you can pay over the telephone by following the simple instructions. You will be given a transaction number should you have further queries after making your payment.

We accept the following cards:

Please note: A fee of 1.5% is charged on all credit card payments (with the exception of Parking Fine payments) to help cover banking costs.

Surrey Heath Borough Council accept all main cards but please note that the following credit / debit cards are not accepted:

• American Express (AMEX)
• Diners Card
