Alternatively, there is a booklet called 'Complaint about the Council? - How to complain to the Local Government Ombudsman' which is available from the Council offices.

Your right to confidentiality
We will ensure that the details of your complaint are made known only to those who need to consider/administer the complaint (including third parties where allegations concerning them are made) and shall not be made public.

Where you have involved a Councillor in your complaint we will also keep them informed.

Local Government Ombudsman Annual Letter
The annual letter provides a summary of the complaints the Local Government Ombudsman have received about Surrey Heath Borough Council. It also includes comments on the Council's performance and complaint handling arrangements.
