Council Committees
Council Committee meetings held in the Chamber are accessed by using the entrance below the undercroft located by the road to the Council car park and not via the main entrance.

Agenda, Decision-Making and Information Bulletins
The Council has the authority to make decisions in two ways: collectively councillors can make decisions at formal meetings and officers can make decisions under the authority of the Scheme of Delegation of Functions to Officers.

The Forward Plan is the Council's method of identifying the key decisions to be taken in the next four months. The Information Bulletin provides councillors and members of the public with information of interest on the Council's services.
