Street Trading Controls
Street trading in Surrey Heath is regulated under the terms of the Local Government Act (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.
The Council has now updated its powers in the light of changes to Camberley Town Centre and the significant number of new streets that have been built in recent years.
The changes bring about greater flexibility to the way street trading is regulated and come into effect on the 12th January 2009.
Details of the changes are set out in the documents below, which can be downloaded. Alternatively you can contact: Environmental Services, Surrey Heath House, Camberley GU15 3HD.
