Statement of Licensing Policy 2008 - 2011
This licensing policy has been determined by the Council for the three year period commencing with a view to promoting the four licensing objectives set out in section 4(2) of the Licensing Act, 2003. These objectives are:
(a) the prevention of crime and disorder;
(b) public safety;
(c) the prevention of public nuisance; and
(d) the protection of children from harm.
