Please note: If you need to see a member of the Licensing section, they will only be available between the hours of 10.00am and 12.00 noon and 2.00pm and 4.00pm.
Details of licences, certificates and authorisations issued by the Council under the provisions of the Licensing Act, 2003 are set out in the following registers. Premises licences and club premises certificates are issued in respect of places permanently used for one or more of the following licensable activities.

Details of activities and the hours that those activities may take at particular premises may be viewed by first clicking on the area where the club or premises are located and then the name of the club or premises concerned.
Temporary Event Notices register
The Temporary Event Notices register shows premises and places, which are to be used for licensable activities for a temporary period, not exceeding 96 hours,. Premises and places cannot be used under these arrangements for more than 12 times in any calendar year.
Personal Licence Register
Personal licences are issued to persons who are authorised to supply alcohol. This licence must be held by at least one person who will have control of premises in respect of which a premises licence has been issued in any premises in which alcohol is supplied.
Applications Register
The applications register shows details of applications that have been submitted but not yet determined. The last date for representations is shown but where this date has lapsed and representations have been received, the date of the hearing is shown.
Review Application Register
This register shows current applications for reviews of premises licences or club premises certificates. If the register is blank, no reviews are pending.
