John Tibbles Independent Representative of the Standards Committee

I have lived in Camberley for 14 years since moving back to UK from an extended period working overseas.

I have taken an active interest in the management of local issues since I have lived in the borough but I am entirely non political and do not support any party or organisation. I have been an appointed independent representative on the Council's Standards Committee since the Committee was reconstituted in 2005.

I have spent 38 years in a variety of roles up to senior executive level in the international telecommunications industry, which has taken me to most parts of the world and given me experience of many different working and business cultures . Currently I am an internal consultant and expert adviser for a large Asian based company and also undertake consultancy projects in my own name
