Contact Councillor Bill Chapman
I have lived in St Paul's Ward, Camberley, for almost 30 years and have represented the Ward since 2003. I have long been an enthusiastic environmentalist and as such I am committed to conserving and improving the natural, visual and built environment in St Paul's Ward in particular, and Surrey Heath in general.
I also have a particular interest in the health and safety of residents, including road safety and the impact of binge drinking in central Camberley. I am Chairman of the Policy and Audit Scrutiny Committee responsible for assuring that the Council delivers value for money and administers its funds with due probity.
I am a Governor for Frimley Park Hospital NHS Trust.
Now retired, my working life was spent in physics research, information technology and management consultancy.
Please feel free to contact me through this web page, by the contact form, telephone, email or by letter using the details in the righthand box.
