Councillor Richard Brooks

I have lived and worked in Surrey Heath for thirty years both running my own businesses and working for others. I was first elected to represent the people of Town Ward in 2003. I have chaired and sat on several different committees and have been for the past two years on The Executive as The Corporate Portfolio Holder.
