Bullying hurts and it could be making your life miserable. You don't have to suffer in silence as there are people who can help you. If you are worried or upset talk to someone urgently. It could be a close adult friend or a teacher you trust.

You can log onto the Anti-Bullying Network web site which gives advice and should help you find someone to talk to. You can also ring Childline on 0800 1111 (24 hrs a day). All 0800 numbers are free and do not show up on itemised bills.

Cyberbullying

Cyberbullying is when one person or a group of people threaten, tease or embarrass someone else by using a mobile phone, the internet or other technologies.

Even though cyberbullying cannot physically hurt you, it can still leave you feeling mentally vulnerable and very upset. You can also feel scared, lonely and stressed and that there's no way out.

Brook provide free confidential sex advice and contraception for young people aged up to 25. Free confidential helpline and to find your nearest clinic : 0800 0185 023 (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm)

For information on key sexual health issues any time of day or night call our 24-hour information line 020 7950 7700. You will hear a recorded message and will then be asked to choose the topic you want more information on from a list of options.

Lesbian and Gay Switchboard

London Lesbian & Gay Switchboard (LLGS) provides an information, support and referral service for lesbians, gay men, bisexual people and anyone who needs to consider issues around their sexuality.

All volunteers identify as lesbian, gay, or bisexual, so you know that the person answering the telephone will have an understanding of your situation. Our volunteers won't judge you or tell you what to do; they will though provide suitable support, offer appropriate information, and discuss relevent options.

The helpline operates from 10am to 11pm, seven days a week, 52 weeks year. Our helpline number is 020 7837 7324.
