Surrey Heath Borough Council have compiled a list of fun and energetic activities that we think you might enjoy:

Go Ape

Go Ape is an award-winning high wire forest adventure course of rope bridges, Tarzan swings and zip slides... all set high up in the trees.

Providing a fun day out with friends and families, you'll be fitted with a climbing harness and given instruction before trekking from tree to tree high above the forest floor.

With sites at Swinley Forest, Bracknell and Alice Holt near Farnham this is a great day out for youngsters.

Rock Climbing at Craggy Island in Guildford
Craggy Island is used by many youths. . . indoor climbing is all
year round fun and exercise and is extremely popular.

Craggy Island has been working in conjunction with many youth groups - scouts, guides, disabled groups, ATC and many more.

Water Skiing, Wake Boarding, Ringo and Banana Boating at John Battleday Ski, Chertsey

John Battleday Ski offer beginner, intermediate or advanced, water skiing and wake boarding and aim to either introduce you to these great sports or make you a better skier or rider, and to ensure you have fun, on and off the water.

Make it that special Birthday Party to remember with the JBSki Children's Party Packages. These parties are totally different with the children skimming over the water riding the banana and Ringo's and then also learning a new sport as they are taught how to knee board in our beginners ski school.

Go-Karting at Karting Nation, Camberley

A huge 415 metre newly-built indoor track An incredible combination of challenging hairpins and sweeping wide bends ensure that driver skills are at a premium. Several long straights provide all speed freaks the opportunity to push the pedal to the metal. Paintballing at Nationwide Paintball, Guildford

This Nationwide Paintball site near Guildford, Surrey is a fantastic woodland site on the south side of London, set on the top of a hill within hundreds of acres of the Surrey countryside.

The site has 10 paintball fields set amongst woodland which is full of slopes and gullies. Paintball fields include, amongst others, The Rockfield, The Ridge, The Graveyard, Hamburger Hill and The Riot (using genuine police riot shields!).
