SNAP club nights were established in Surrey Heath in February 2003. They are for young people aged 11 to 16, and are held at the Camberley Theatre on a monthly basis between 7pm and 11pm.
SNAP regularly attracts up to 500 young people, who come to enjoy themselves and meet their friends in a safe, fun environment. Popular DJs provide the music and there are often special activities organised, such as sumo suits and a bouncy castle. All equipment is tested and safe for teenagers to use, and adult supervision is always provided.
An important part of the evening is to encourage young people to learn the Crimestoppers number and to ring if they feel they have anything to report. Whether it is that they know someone involved in anti-social behaviour, drugs, drinking underage or criminal activities. They are also encouraged to say no to alcohol, drugs and cigarettes and to adopt a healthy life style.

Surrey Heath Borough Council work with Surrey Police and Surrey Crimestoppers to promote these evenings.
