"Have your say on health and social care in Surrey"

Healthwatch Surrey is a new independent organisation that gives people a voice to improve and shape services and help them get the best out of health and social care services.

Three groups have come together to take on the role of Surrey's health and social care consumer champion.
Surrey Independent Living Council (SILC), Citizens Advice Surrey and Help and Care have been appointed by Surrey County Council to act as a public voice.
The watchdog group are able to influence policy, planning and delivery of health and social care services.

They will also provide information and advice to help people access and make choices about services.
