What you told us we do well and what you would like more of.....

Local residents have again demonstrated that they are extremely satisfied with Surrey Heath as place to live in. 86% considered they were either 'very/fairly satisfied'. When it comes to their satisfaction with the Council 72% of respondents stated they were either very/fairly satisfied with the way the Council was running the area.

Residents are extremely satisfied with the performance given by the refuse, recycling and street cleaning teams as before. All three would be considered star performers when compared with other services we deliver.

The majority of respondents are satisfied that the Council is doing its best to deliver a good quality of service. In this year's survey a higher number of respondents considered that the Council does play an important role in improving their quality of life.

What we could improve.....

There are signs that respondents feel the Council could do a lot more to accommodate a wider range of products at recycling centres as well as provide better information on waste management and recycling generally.

On the issue of street cleaning and in particular litter removal there were significant differences between the net satisfaction results between wards.
