Ian Goodchild Community Space

As part of the changes to Community Services, the council has made the decision to transform the Ian Goodchild Centre (IGC) in Camberley into a multi functional community facility that residents of all ages, and existing customers, can enjoy.

Hiring the IGC
The IGC space is available to hire for parties, events, conferences, presentations and regular weekly or monthly club/group meetings.

Seating 140 theatre style or 120 cabaret style, this intimate space is ideal for a special occasion or mid-sized conference and when cleared the space can hold up to 150.

The community space is available during office hours or for an evening or weekend event and we would be delighted to discuss your
requirements in detail.

We can provide:

• Full support for any technical or staging requirements
• Licensed bar and full on-site catering service
• Duty Management provision to ensure the smooth running of your event

Surrey Heath Borough Council manage the Windle Valley Centre which gives older people the opportunity to meet others, enjoy lunch and refreshments and participate in a range of activities:
