Advice for Landlords

The Council recognises the important role landlords have in providing homes for Borough residents and can offer help and advice to ensure a supply of quality private rent homes.

The Housing Needs Team can provide advice on tenancy management issues and help and support for individual tenants to help them access and maintain their accommodation.

The Environmental Services Team provides advice on the condition of properties, grants available, energy efficiency and licensing.
