Special Cumulative Impact Policy

A Special Cumulative Impact Policy is a policy that the Licensing Authority has put in place in an area where unacceptable levels of crime, disorder or public nuisance have been identified. Such a policy specifies that applications for the grant or variation of certain types of licensed premises will normally be refused if representations are received, unless the applicant demonstrates in their operating schedule that there will be no adverse impact.

The area of Camberley Town Centre bordered by High Street, Pembroke Broadway, Park Street and London Road has been identified as such an area. Applicants will therefore need to address the special policy issues in their operating schedules.
