The landlord portal is aimed at Surrey Heath Borough Council landlord who receive Housing Benefit directly.
You can use the portal to:
- access electronic copies of your payment schedules and notification letters (these will no longer be posted to you from 1 January 2024)
- check current claim information for tenants you receive payments for
- this will include:
- current claim status
- entitlement history
- payment history
- discretionary Housing Payments
You can only see details of claims which you are responsible for.
